I love Avocados so much. So much so, that we recently planted an avocado tree in our back yard. We live in sunny Southern California, so I am hopeful for a considerable bounty of avocados in the next few years. It would defiantly save me some money because I am forever stocking up on my favorite fruit.
Most days, I include avocado in a salad or massage it into some kale with lemon juice and salt for a quick, satisfying nutrient dense snack. I also love to make Guacamole, and I make it on the regular.
Recently my friend Martha was over helping us with a garage clean-out when we took a break, Martha decided to make her Guacamole from what ingredients I had in my kitchen. On this day Martha changed my guacamole making game. Her recipe was so simple and so delicious I knew it would be my go-to guacamole recipe from now on.
I cannot take credit for this awesome guacamole recipe. It’s too good not to share. So here it is, you can thank Martha.
