This mint chutney is so easy to make. Just add all the ingredients and blend. In just a few minutes, you will have an amazing green sauce that goes great with my Indian samosas recipe and also makes a great dressing for salads or drizzled on grilled veggies.
This recipe is:

mint cilantro chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 green chili seeds removed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sweetener of choice I use maple syrup or maple sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- BLEND. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- SERVE & ENJOY!
Notes
- Refrigerates for up to 5 days
- Freezes for up to 3 months
- Throw in some ginger for a ginger, mint chutney
